The development concept follows the design principles of the existing first floor, with two front to back residential units. The living spaces will maximise views and daylight, whilst providing privacy. The proposal creates a contemporary style with aspects that continues to fit in with the local traditional Victorian architecture, similar to the remainder of the street-scape of Parker Road.
