Student Accommodation
RIBA Stages 1-6 repurposing and recladding of Unite Student accommodation in Leicester. Providing full architectural services, alongside fire engineers, structural engineers, building control and façade engineers; working directly for a tier one contractor. Scheme involves full planning and building control submission, before being delivered over 12 months.
Poplar Farm Super Lodges
made Architects have joined forces with ISOSpaces and D3 Contracts to deliver 62 modular, off-site manufactured contemporary holiday homes in Lincolnshire.
These will be taken through a purpose designed new off-site assembly line in Crawley.
Dentist & Apartments, Ruislip
made Architects will be working alongside Chartsfield Construction Management Ltd to design and deliver six new contemporary apartments and a dentist practice in Ruislip, West London, for Brienz Group.
The focal corner site will soon host a pink concrete and stack bonded brick clad building, with a saw-tooth parapet wall profile and living green roof.
Studio 58 - Recladding and Refurbishment
made Architects are appointed to work on a large scale student accommodation project, including recladding, refurbishment and repurposing. Working with a large team in preparation to delivering on site later in the year.
