This Modern Method of Construction (MMC), carbon zero, community project will deliver 18 new homes in the heart of Plumstead; adjacent to new sports, library and town centre activities.

We have been responsible for developing the scheme from RIBA Stage 3 (Planning) through to on-site delivery with MCD Construction.
